Work With Us

We are hiring!
Production Manager / Asst. Technical Director (PM / ATD)
Overview
We are looking for a Production Manager / Assistant Technical Director who thrives at the intersection of logistics, hands-on production work, and humanity — equal parts arts and spreadsheets — and who enjoys being the connective tissue of a production.
You’ll be involved in the full life cycle of our shows, from early planning through performances, including being part of the hands-on crew during key moments like load-ins, rehearsals, and strikes.
You’ll also support special events and help shape the evolving production culture of a team that is always refining how we work.
Because we are a small, artist-powered theatre, our team members keep one eye on the bigger-picture and the other on real, on-the-ground work.
A basic working knowledge of technical theatre — from hand tools to computer technology — is integral to this position, along with a willingness to keep learning.
This is a good fit for someone who wants to grow their experience making theatre inside a truly collaborative and kind environment where people are trusted to do their work and supported in doing it well — and with joy.
