Callback date: Sunday, August 24th | 10 AM onwards. By appointment depending on the audition outcome.
Registration deadline: Wednesday August 20th 11:59 PMNo preparation is necessary; sides will be provided.
Performers of body types, genders, and identities are encouraged to audition.

Betsy Marsh | White, Female, 40’s-60’s, a marketing specialist
John Marsh (1) | White, Male, 40’s-60’s, a hedge fund manager, Betsy’s husband
Imani Dawes (2) | Black, Female, late 20’s, U.S. Army sergeant and psychology student.
Violet (2) | Black, Female, early 20’s, an enslaved woman
Obadiah Marsh (1) White, Male, 60’s, merchant and investor, ancestor of John
(1) and (2) are played by the same actor
PRODUCTION DETAILS: Onstage January 9th – January 25th, 2026 for a total of 14 performances. Rehearsals will commence in mid October 2025.

#2 JULIUS CAESAR

This production will feature a lean cast requiring actors to take on multiple roles, with a heavy focus on audience interaction and participation. Actors should have a strong grasp of Shakespeare, and a background in improvisation or crowd-work is greatly appreciated though not strictly required.
Please film a 1.5-minute dramatic monologue/ soliloquy from Shakespeare. Filming doesn’t have to be fancy, but we’d like to see your whole self, so please film from a distance so we can see you head to toe.Video Submission

Casting will be conducted with an open mind. Performers of all ages, races, ethnicities, body types, genders, and identities are encouraged to audition.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: On stage February 6 – 22, 2026 for a total of 14 performances. The bulk of blocking work will take place in the two weeks prior to opening night in accordance with the Elizabethan “quick-raise” process. Due to the short but intensive rehearsal process outlined for this production, actors should be prepared to come in as off-book as possible before the work begins.
PAY: $1,000 for the whole engagement
