Dionysia

A Festival of Short Plays
In collaboration with Outcast Productions
Directed by Alex Bickerstaff and Jordan Formichelli

The Dionysia was a large festival in ancient Athens in honor of the god Dionysus, the central events of which were the theatrical performances of dramatic tragedies and - later on - comedies. It was the second-most important festival in Greece.

The Players' Ring and Outcast Productions are thrilled to present the first edition of this festival, aimed at showcasing 12 original works in the form of short plays performed by an ensemble of 6 actors playing 28 different roles!
