The Players’ Ring tradition of presenting Shakespeare in June continues with A Winter’s Tale.  Based on a 14^th century pastoral romance, A Winter’s Tale is best known for its infamous stage direction “Exit, pursued by bear.”   Set in both Sicily and Bohemia, this often looked over tragicomedy will take you across an undulating and tangled emotional landscape where friends become enemies, lovers quarrel and part, yet all ends well with a wave of  Father Time’s hand.  Do not miss this unique opportunity to see one of the Bard's more obscure  works.
